My session was cancelled but I have not received a refund

If your session was cancelled by yourself or by All Nighter Studios, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment card. It can take between 5-10 business days. If you have not yet received it, please contact us.

If your session has been cancelled due to breaching of house rules or terms and conditions, we will be unable to refund your funds.
