I am having trouble verifying my account

Here are some tips to make your verification smooth.

• Please make sure your name matches the name on the account and ID. Avoid shortening your name or using nicknames and artist names.
• We only accept a selfie at the time of verification so please do not upload a picture that has already been taken.
• When taking a selfie, please keep a blank expression and please have a clear picture – passport-style rules apply (no hats/hood, no sunglasses, no other person should be in the camera etc.)
• Please make sure your ID is in date. We do not accept expired ID
