Cancellations
Yes. You may cancel a booking 2 hours before the session, failure to do so will result in no refund. If you cancel the booking 2 hours before the session, the payment will be refunded to the card used.
The cancel option will be available on your account orders.
You will receive an email when you cancel your booking.
Amendments
If you would like to amend your booking, please cancel original time slot(s) and rebook with the desired time slot(s).
