  • If any of our customers or staff find anything left behind, they will place it in lost property.
  • We also have CCTV cameras around the premises so we can try our best to locate the item.
  • If you have lost an item, please contact us via the support page.
  • If your item has been found, please let us know when you would like to collect it so we can arrange a collection.
  • Please have your past booking information ready to share.


We try our best to locate lost property but if lost property has not been found, we would need a police report number to assist you further.
